Contingent Services

Our Contingent Recruiting service is a type of recruitment process where we help them find suitable candidates for specific job positions on a contingent basis. The key characteristic of contingent recruiting is that we are only paid a fee if a candidate is hired by the client company. The fee is a percentage of first year base compensation.

This model is used to provide talent when a client company is using multiple firm efforts and typically on professional level individual contributor positions.

Initial Consultation: The process begins with the client company and ClearPoint having an initial consultation to discuss the details of the job position, the qualifications and skills required, the company culture, and any other relevant information. This helps us understand the client's needs better.

 

Candidate Search: After understanding the client's requirements, ClearPoint starts searching for potential candidates. We utilize various resources such as our own database, online job boards, social media, networking, and professional platforms to identify potential matches.

 

Candidate Screening: Once ClearPoint identifies potential candidates, we conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess their qualifications, experience, skills, and fit with the client's requirements. The agency may also perform background checks and verify references.

 

Candidate Presentation: If ClearPoint finds a candidate they believe matches the client's needs, they present the candidate's profile to the client company. The client then decides whether to proceed with an interview or other assessment steps.

Interview coordination: ClearPoint assists in coordinating interviews between the company and the shortlisted candidates. We may also provide guidance and support throughout the interview process.

 

Offer negotiation: Once the company identifies a suitable candidate, ClearPoint may assist in negotiating salary, benefits, and other terms of employment on behalf of the company.
