Our Engaged Recruiting Service is a type of recruitment process in which an organization engages Clearpoint exclusively for a specific period of time to help them find and hire suitable candidates for their job opening. Unlike traditional contingency recruiting, engaged recruiting involves a more committed and structured partnership between ourselves and the client. Typically this services is for specialty positions at a Manager or Director level.

Initial consultation: The process typically begins with an initial consultation between the company and ClearPoint. During this meeting, the company outlines its hiring needs, provides detailed job descriptions, discusses the desired candidate qualifications, and defines the overall recruitment strategy.

Exclusive agreement: In engaged recruiting, the company and ClearPoint sign an exclusive agreement, which means the company commits to working solely with that agency for a defined period or for a specific number of hires. This exclusivity ensures that the agency dedicates more resources and effort to finding the best candidates for the company's positions.

 

Market research: We conduct market research to identify potential candidates and to understand the current hiring landscape in the relevant industry or job market. We may also analyze the competition to attract top talent.

 

Active sourcing: Engaged recruiting involves proactive searching for candidates rather than relying solely on incoming applications. Recruiters reach out to passive candidates, individuals who are not actively seeking a new job but may be open to new opportunities.

Candidate screening: ClearPoint performs comprehensive candidate screening, including evaluating resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidate skills and qualifications. We then present a shortlist of qualified candidates to the company for further consideration.

 

Interview coordination: ClearPoint assists in coordinating interviews between the company and the shortlisted candidates. We may also provide guidance and support throughout the interview process.

 

Offer negotiation: Once the company identifies a suitable candidate, ClearPoint may assist in negotiating salary, benefits, and other terms of employment on behalf of the company.
